kpro not saying online help plz

hey wassup i been trying to put a new calibration into my kpro i put my car on on an kpro hooked up to my lap top using kmanager i tried test usb an it says nothing still can someone help me please thanks

Try changing USB cables. I was helping someone out this weekend and they were using some printer cable and I could not connect. I went to my car and got my Hondata provided cable and viola. Connected!

In the Windows device manager, what does the K-Pro show up as when you plug it in?

it says hondata k-series ecu
