Change maps car wont start

Kmanager version 1.4.1.0
2003 Acura RSX type S, manual.
CIA, Exhaust, Intakemani, header.
stock injectors

Car was running before the map was changed, I wanted to change the map to support the mods.
The map was changed to "k20a2-rsx-stock-tuned.kal" "k20 stock engine". (key in correct position, selected the calibration, upload key off key on).
The car turns over begins to start and dies. The old map was downloaded just in case after switching maps would make it fail. I tried uploading the old map same issue. No matter which map I choose I get the same consistent symptoms.
I tried to enable immobilize and tried with out that box checked, neither worked. With immobilizer enabled car wont start at all.

The next step I wanted to try was (clear security) but wasn't sure if this is a good idea.

Any suggestions?

DOwnload the beta version of software from the downloads section of our website, then go to Online, Tools and click cleaer security. When that finishes close the program and reopen it, then go to New Calibration and select one of the basemaps and upload it to the ECU. See if that corrects the problem.
