car has been running great for over a month now with kpro. now after 5 seconds of turning on the key i get a CEL. tried checking it at autozone and it wont show up. Kpro wont show any response at all besides when i turn the key on. It recognizes the ecu but no response.

ok i cleared security and re-uploaded the cal. I even unhooked the battery for a few hours. problem still exists. The cel will not come one until 5-10 seconds after start up. and when I get the code read it shows no error codes. Could the ground to the valve cover be critical to this issue? I haven't regrounded it yet but im gonna try it now and see if it helps.

cleared security again and re uploaded the calibration. regrounded to the valve cover. re checked spark plugs and they are the correct ones. the car runs but it wont let me rev past 4k :(

also im throwing a code p1298. is it possible the eld is causing kpro not to work correctly?

i also noticed the mil lights up and stays on after turning the key to the on position. it takes about 10 seconds after turning on the key. so with the motor off and the mil illuminated. what could this be?

bump for help? I can't even find anything on the internet on a problem like mine.
