Issues Downloading my map from my S300

I have a P72 with s300 installed boosted, I have tried to download from my ecu numerous times and a base map keeps appearing I know this due to the fact that I run 1600cc injectors and when I download from ECU it shows 240cc injectors in both tabs as well as my two step and rev limiter are not mine so how can this be fixed? I can download the datalogs but not the map please help me.
