weird problem i'm having, seeing if anyone has any ideas as to what's wrong...here's the scenario...car was tuned using a gm 3 bar and s200 and ran great for months...just recently car floods so bad during cranking that it wont start...changed this and that to the point i gave up...kept staring at engine and decided to plug in stock map sensor and changed settings accordingly...voila!!!!, car fired up perfectly and continues to do so...the moment i changed settings and map back to the 3 bar it acts up again, even changed out to a new 3 bar...doesn't do it every time..it's intermittent...for example it'll be fine one day and continuously flood the next day...any help is appreciated

Perhaps it's a seasonal problem...

when plugging in the 3barm ap sensor, do you also change your ECU to match the new map sensor?

It may be intermittent because in cold starts it doesn't really matter what the MAP sensor is reading, but in warm starts its a problem.

However, make sure that your ecu was burned to support 3bar because you didn't mention swapping ECUs.

More info needed I guess.

tried multiple ecu's...and yes, i did change the rom accordingly when i went back and forth between map sensors

on a side note...car fires up jus fine every time now... cut the crank and post start fuel in half...don't know y this fixed it and y i had to do this all of a sudden after months of running fine....have never had to do something like this to a car before.....run 1000 cc injectors on another car w/o even messing w/ these settings
