Possibly a Hondata issue?

I have read many threads from others with my same problem, but no one ever answers. Hopefully this won't be one of those threads.

I have a 94 Honda Civic CX with a b20 vtec turbo,stock map,460cc injectors and s300. Mainly stock.

I've been working on this car for almost 2 years, it FINALLY started for me today. My problem is....

The engine idles really good and even drives good, AS LONG as I don't press the throttle to the floor. With the car in Neutral, I can press the throttle to the floor and my car sounds like it has a 2k-3k rev limiter or maybe a launch control enabled, but I know neither of those are. While driving the car, it runs fine, until I try to give it any real throttle. When it happens, the CEL flashes, but no error code...I have a AEM wideband and I'm in the process of trying to apply a street tune, when I'm accelerating my wideband says I'm running extremely rich, but once I let off the gas alittle and just keep a steady speed, the AF runs between 13.8 - 14-5. What is the deal? Does the S300 have some sort of safety feature that will cause a fuel cut if the engine is getting to much fuel during a load?

I've added a screen shot of my Graph showing what's going on when this happens, also a datalog of the 30 minute drive trying to figure out the problem and the basemap I'm working off of.

Any help would be appreciated

You need to post a much shorter datalog showing just the problem, not a 30 minute drive. You can also trim the datalog.

I can't figure out how to trim the data log, I'll just go outside and data log the car at full throttle real quick.

Try using another wideband input source other than D14
