Help with air to fuel ratio

im a noob but it seems like my car was running to lean or rich so i plug in my kpro to laptop online etc etc,
i downloaded the map from ecu had tune my car at local performance shop by tuner.
i run the datalog and afr is at 10:4:1 i dont know if thats good or bad.

dc race headers no cat
510cc(from what the ecu said)
running about 50 pressure of fuel
