o2 problem...weird. i need hondata help

Ok. K24a1 turbo.
I was getting a.f. readings but I knew that they were wrong. It was saying very lean and giving me lots of cuts from protection. I was at 100% duty and blowing black smoke and bogging down from too much fuel, so I knew it wasn't really lean. I was showing no volts and -37mA on the primary but getting a.f readdings that seemed right...just not reliable and not correct. How is that possible?
So I checked my wires and they are all good. Put in known good o2 sensor new from honda and now im throwing codes...no volts...-37mA and NO a.f readings...like a bad o2 sensor. Wires are good. I traced them to the ecu. Sensor is good...works on another ep3. All that's left is kproed ecu or software.
Ill double check the wires to ecu tomorrow for good measure and try another o2 just to be through. Im scared to drive it and need to get this working so I can put in my ID1000's and tune it. Can you tell me something magical that will fix this?...lol.
Ill do a datalog and kal tonight of it idling warm when I get to my computer....but wanted to get your attention because tomorrow morning is the only time I have to work on it and would like some tech support available. Do you have a contact phone number? Maybe have the reading on a multimeter for the harness witht the car running to see if I'm getting the right signals to the sensor? I think I was geting bat voltage to one wire...1.** volts to one...2.** to one and 2.9* to the last. Sound right?
I miss my car and I finally got all my parts in and I can't install anything until I can see my a.f.s.
Ep3 chassis...stock harnesses.
Thanks guys....Adam.
