Hi,
I have a set of Deatschwerks 800cc and 1000cc Injectors that I want to install one of the sets on my K-Pro'd Turbo setup. I understand that Hondata has the dead times for use with these and was hoping you could share with us.
Thanks so much,
Marc

We do not have that information for the KPro, but you should be in the 1.1 ms range at 14V. It is fairly easy to set the dead times. Start with the stock injector dead times, then see what the short term fuel trim does when you are at very light load - usually I test this in 3rd gear by reducing the throttle very slowly until the injectors cut out. If the short term fuel trim goes up, then you need to increase the dead times. Do this over all the voltage values by the same amount and change the dead time by about 0.05 ms each time.

Thanks for your help.. I ended up using a set of ID1000's and used your advice still. Have the car running and idling like it was on stock injectors. Can't wait to add the turbo to my TSX now that my fuel system is 99% ready to support it.
Hopefully the K-Tuned Rail and ID1000s are good enough for 11-12 psi on my TSX. Otherwise I might need to add a Walbro.

That should be fine. I'm running a k24a1 with id1000s and I'm around 50% duty at 12 psi. The id1000s can push A LOT of fuel.

Yeah, but I'm running a returnless system on the TSX. Will make a big difference... I'm assuming you are running an return with a rising rate system.
