What is your map sensor readings when the engine is off but your throttle body is fully open?

My map sensor isn't reading in this situation and i think it sould be reading atmospheric pressure.

The map sensor will not read until the engine is running.

Mine reads -29psi engine off, key on, at 5,400 feet, and then -22psi at idle.
