tps problem? low dyno chart?

My car likes to cut off at very low thottle percentage, around 5-10%. It seems like the fuel shuts off. I noticed that the tps sensor was changed on my throttle body so I am guessing it is out of adjustment.

My question is could this lead to a loss of power? I just had my hondata tuned with this problem on the car.

It seems that my car didnt make as much power as should be expected.
I have:

b16 head p&p
skunk2 manifold, skunk2 stage 1 cams/aem gears
slightly milled

b18c1 block bored .25 over
spoon balanced jdm itr pistons
polished and balanced crank
slightly milled

i/h/e
msd ignition/coil
unorthodox underdrive pulley w/ no ac
lightned flywheel/ hyper clutch
hondata s100 w/ perfect air/fuel graphs

made 160 peak hp!

What do you think?

TPS & power

The setting of the TPS has no effect on power, as long as it reads 25% or so at full throttle.

There's a lot more to an engine that just a sum of parts. How the engine was built, clearances, materials and matching all the parts to work together make a big difference. The oil used and method of break in alter the power of the engine. A lot of after market parts make less hp than stock, so sometimes it is far better to use what Honda has provided. My B18C5 which was 100% stock after from a custom header and iceman intake made 185 whp.
