Rebate problems

I just received my flashpro last night. I downloaded the newest flashpro manager and locked it to my car. Once all that was done I filled out the form to qualify for a rebate because my ecu was reflashed back in novemeber by hondata.
I keep getting an error code saying that my ecu has not been reflashed, any clue what could be ther problem?
