Hondata tuning questions.

I recently bought a wideband and hondata stage 4. what is a good WOT air/fuel ratio? for an all motor setup, 12:1, 1.8 liter on 93 pump gas.. when vtec engages how much should the fuel increse or decrese? right now im working off of a base tune and playing with it trying to learn. are there any tuners near NY that do wideband or dyno tuning? any help would be appreciated.
