Disabling secondary o2 and unplugging sensor throw code?

Well, I was just trying to find out if you disable the secondary o2 sensor in the flashpro software and unplug the secondary o2, will it throw a code, or will disabling the o2 via the software prevent this?

For obvious reasons, I am looking to disable the secondary o2 and thus want to remove the secondary o2 sensor, but don't want a code. Will this be fine? The car is an '06 USDM s2000. Thanks.

If you disable the secondary o2 sensor then it can be unplugged / removed.
