Kmanager issues

Hi, I am new to the world of hondata, I am getting myself a Kpro in the next couple of weeks and downloaded the software tonight to see what options there were etc.

Problem is upon installing and then clicking the icon I instantly get a "kmanager has stopped working" message

I was hoping someone could shed some light on this, I tried a search but to no avail

I am running vista 64bit, and turned off all my antivirus before installing and running the software as I was told this causes conflicts sometimes.
If there is anything else I can tell you that will help get to the bottom of this, let me know and I will get it for you

If you have AVG antivirus uninstall it completely.

With AVG uninstalled you now must reinstall the Hondata software.

still wont start
EDIT: I have tried the beta and the previous version now as well, just in case the beta had some form of compatibility issues with vista 64 bit

Will it allow you to run any of our other software?

This sounds like an issue on your laptop. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer of the laptop or microsoft.

it is a desktop, but yes I understand, I can't think what is wrong with it, I built the rig myself, thanks for trying anyway, more than most big companies would do!
