triggers based on Analog input?

Post by buymysoul »

Hi. I'm new to here and to SManager/Hondata. I hope I didn't overlook an answer when trying to search for one on my own.

Using SManager, is there a way to trigger an output (A10, FANC, etc.) when a sensor value is reached (other than the select few available under "Conditions" in Nitrous/AUX).

Here is an example to clarify: lets say an analog signal is provided to the S300/ECU for oil pressure. If you could tie that signal to an output, you could wire the oil pressure idiot light in the gauge cluster (through a relay) to one of the outputs already controlled by the S300.

Am I overlooking an existing way to accomplish this task?

Thanks

No this is not possible. The inputs for Aux controls are not analog inputs.

I want to make sure that I understand your response. Would this be an accurate rephrasing?

The S300 can accept analog inputs from pin D12 (Analog 1) and/or B6 (Analog 2), assuming the proper modifications are made electronically to the ECU, but those input values can not be used to trigger an Auxiliary output.
