Need help for Boost By gear (PWM)

I've done everything it's posted in this forum.

1. Install all the components.
2. Connencted the solenoid properly
3. Install the diode 1N4007 instead of 1N4004(Bad?)

Everything seams to be in order!

Every time i step on the pedal, the boost is going crazy HI!
If i didn't had set the Boost cut at 25psi you'd see a big explosion from Greece...

I also notice another problem. My battery is nearly dead. I can't charge my phone from the lighter, or give life to a gauge like Performanche box.

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT MY BATTERY IS SO DAMAGED THAT THE SOLENOID IS UNABLE TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY????

I give V to the solenoid directly from the battery.

PLEASE enlighten me...

Is it make any different 1N4004 and 1N4007 ?
