Fuel Status 8 (error)?

Hey Hondata what is fuel status 8 usually mean? I have a customer that was running perfectly for a month, the tune was solid and now suddenly he's misfiring and the fuel status shows 8 at all times. Any possible ideas? Thanks a bunch.

Open loop due to error. Next step is to check the error codes, but it seems likely it will be an oxygen sensor error.

Yeah that sounds like a completely dead o2. I had that happen when Cobb's AWESOME large injector support flooded my car so hard that my o2 shorted out completely.
