I had the softeware for a little while and need to re-tune my car, im getting a error on my laptop... This is what it says....
(windows canot access the specified device, path,or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.)

need some help with this error need to tune other customer car

Sounds like you need to reinstal the drivers and update the firmware.

so what do i need to do and where can i get this fix...
