do i need the data logger?

if i get the romeditor do i need the data logger?
i am just wanting to make small changes to my gsr
so if i start with the stock map and then tweek it like just move the vtec point around or bump up timing does it require the data logger ?

Datalogging software is required with ROMeditor. There is no way you could view the data and tune without datalogging capabilities.
