Hey guys i have an 04 rsx base model ecu (PND) with hondata k-pro that i used for my d17 honda civic. I am trying to sell the ecu with the k-pro and someone with a 2002 rsx type-s is interested in buying it. jus want to make sure he can use it on his rsx before i sell it to him. any info is appriciated. thanks.

Don't know, but it's (at least) 50% the buyer's responsibility to determine that himself. Yes, knowing will help you sell it, but it's not up to you to provide tech support as to what cars it may or may not run properly.

It will work but he will not have the reverse lock-out functionality for his 6 speed transmission.
