10mpg! what is wrong?!!

okie this has been pissng me off for the last few months, actually ever since it got cold, i just thought the problem would go away but it time to do something about it.
i have supercharged b16a2 motor running with 440cc injectors, static fuel pressure is at 42psi, managed by hondata. during the warmer months i was averaging 23mpg but eversince it got colder i am doing 10mpg!
my exhuast gas seems fine, dont look like its burning rich at all. there no carbon on my rear bumper nor is my exhuast gas black.
i checked my plugs, and they all look really good! does not seem that i am running rich at all. i reference the plug to phtograph on the internet and from mech books.
the motor runs fine, excelerate, dexcelerate like normal. everythign seems to be normal.
the only thing i can think that might cuase my fuel lost is the IAT sensor, but it dont look like i am running rich at all. i think if my IAT sensor is wack it default wackness is probably to dump fuel into the motor instead of vice versa.
please give me some advice, gas is so damn expensive!
oh btw, i did a compression test to see if my motor is healthy. results are: p1 = 195, p2 = 190, p3 = 190, p4 = 195, so it seems pretty healthy to me.
where is all my gas going!!
