PNF vs PRB on an S2000 2004 EDM AP1

I have a friend of mine selling his Kpro.. he's using it on a CIVIC Type R K20...
the model of the kpro is PNF not PRB.. can it work on my S2000... ( I will get the upgrade parts for sure like valve cover tdc sensor / wheel etc...)

and if it works.. what are the missing feature between PNF and PRB!?

No, you must use a PRB ECU.

The wiring harness means the cable that connects the crank and cam sensor, right? The other (stock S2000) connectors directly plugs into the PRB ECU!!?

It should work on the EDM S2000 just like the USDM S2000.. no difference right?
