Idle problems

i just loaded up my kal i have an 05 type s with i/ex/rh/rbc

when im driving and im coming to a stop i put it in nuetrual and roll to the stop but my idle doesnt go down like it used to it stays at about 2k rpms until i come to a complete stop then it goes down.

any ideas
