With the Hondata having so many functions, is there a way to program the S300 to pass emissions testing?
In Massachusetts, there is no tail pipe testing. Just a visual safety inspection and plugging in the OBD2 port to check for Self Readiness Tests.
Since there are options in the S300 to disable knock sensors, ELDs, O2 sensors, is it able to mimick pre-determined data for SRT's?
Passing Massachusetts Inspection
OBD2 can't be read out, since the OBD1 cars don't have that.
passing emission test is simply a thing of tuning.
here in germany is the CO tested and the AFR. when the car is tuned properly in part throttle, there shouldn't be bigger issues.
and if there are: take an "emission civic" with you ;)
