Feature request: Custom colors in display templates

I was messing with my display yesterday and it occurred to me that having more colors available would be nice. Since I doubt anybody's running this on Windows 98, it's probably a safe bet we've all got 32-bit displays :)
As such, it would be nice to be able to either define custom colors (to add to the color drop-downs), or just have a "Custom" option at the bottom of the drop-downs, that opens a color selection dialog. Whether we have to simply enter it by hand (in #RRGGBB format, (RRR,GGG,BBB) format, etc) or by having a color wheel, this would be nice to have.
For what it's worth, I think the dialog M$ uses for Paint/etc is a comdlg control.
