Integrating NGK AFX wideband into S300

I have an S300 on a B18C5 Honda Challenge car, and recently installed a NGK AFX wideband. Despite being tuned in June, I noticed AFR's in the 11.3-11.5 range at the last event (Watkins Glen) on the straightaways.
This may have been because of the drastic altitude and temperature change from where it got tuned, I'm not sure. I won't have time to take it to the dyno before the race this weekend, and frankly don't know if it would help, so I wanted to try to just fix it at the track under the correct conditions.
I believe the car has a Rywire OBD-0 to OBD-1 conversion harness to a P28 ECU.
So here are my questions:
1. The AFX has two wires to go to the ECU, one is Voltage_out (yellow) and a signal ground (brown), where do I install these wires?
2. What do I need to do to activate the S300 to notice, calibrate, and datalog this signal?
3. Is there any way to make it closed loop?
