need help with tune

Very new to the hondata and to tuning ,but iam tring to learn so please bare with me. I have 1992 b20b stock with 780 injectors,aem feal rail, it hade a perkins p1100 turbo on it has now been changed to a gerret 47 trim ,has evolution wastgate. the problem is after changing the turbo with the same spring it hits boost cut on full throttle. i need help i know that it is a biger turbo so i know i need to retune just need a little help. here is the present tune and a datalog. thanks for any help
