B18C Fully build and big turbo base map need it in Germany

I´m new on Hondata using so I need some help to tune my car.
Put this setup together with a friend.
B18C4 Sleeved block
84mm bore
9:1 compression ratio
Pauter Rods
CP pistonsB18C4 ported head
Ferrea valvetrain
B16B cams
1600cc injectors
Victor X Intake Manifold
70mmTB
TopMount Manifold
BW S372 turbo
60mm wastegate
MSD billet Distributor setup
2 Bosch 044 pumps
Big fuel lines
4" exhaust
3" IC pipes
4 bar map sensor
Greddy profec II boost Controler
Y2 tranny with a quaife
4.4 final drive
twindisck clutch
DS shop stage 5 axles
EGT, BOOST and LAMBDA gauges
Running on E85
Schould be everything
It was running on Crome but I didn´t like it
Don´t have any support here in Germany so i must tune it myself .
I would apreciate your help.

At this time we had some ignition and camms problems.
Hit full boost (22.5psi) at 5800 rpm and got 580HP at the same rpm, power didn´t increat til 9500rpm due to the weack stock ignition and the cams don´t have anought lift. :( We tried to go higher with the boost but startet to misfire.
