Can't upload basemaps onto kpro

Just got the kpro in today, I tried to upload the basemap before install it into my car but when I go to online, all the options are greyed out except for Info. any idea why?

I assume I have the kal opened correctly and my computer is reading the kpro.

First install then Upload.

You must upload in the vehicle with the ignition turned on.

I am having the same problem in my 07 s2000. I turn on the ignition and it never changes from online ignition off.

i have uninstalled everything multiple time and I am beyond frustrated trying to get my car to start@

What is the serial number of the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

05006629 is my serial number. the red d1 lights is constantly blinking and the d2 green is solid.

I found my problem I believe. the first wire on the dual harness is broken off at the pin... looks like it has to come back to you guys to get fixed. THis is sooo frustrating.
