Maxing out ID 1000cc injectors at 6psi? help...

I'm trying to tune a 02 Rsx type S, Peakboost t3/t4, 1000cc ID injectors, 255lph and stock return less fuel rail.
AS soon as vtec (6000) comes on and pass 6800, it goes scary lean, 16ar 17ar.
I included the map and two logs. The map is rough and needs more tuning but at WOT pass vtec its maxed.
I don’t know if it has to do with fuel trim or something. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
