i have a s300 hondata ecu ,how do i know it is p28 or p72 or p...

i checked the ecu , nothing written on the side of it.
is there any other way to know what P is my s300

IT should also have the part number on a sticker on the gray plug.

It is a P06 someone has converted to VTEC.

This is not a Hondata ECU. Try using google to search for P06 Honda ECU

Does this p06 read the knock sensor or i just disable it .
do i can tune my h22a7 using this po6 (hondata s300) ? i mean is't fine ?

You must disable the knock sensor. Yes you can tune an H22 with it.
