modifying p28 for hondata?

i have a few questions regarding this modification...

a) Which and where can i find the 74HC373 chip?
b) I am unable to find a 1.1k Ohm resistor, i can however get a 1k Ohm resistor. Will this be sufficient?
c) For the jumper wire, can i wire up a switch instead so i can choose between the external and internal roms? (For emissions Reasons)
