Knock Threshold stuck at 0.00V

I know there was a glitch years ago, but I just had a k24a1 swapped into my EP3 and after datalogging today I noticed that my knock threshold is stuck at 0.00V. Is there a chance that the mechanic didn't swap my a3 knock sensor and would that have something to do with it?

after looking up the part numbers, the EP3 and CRV have the same part numbers so that shouldn't be it. I do register a few knocks when going from part throttle to WOT, but only 1-3 knocks. I just know that K. Threshold should never be 0.00V

Calibration, datalog and description of your setup as per the posting guidelines?

okay, so I am almost certain it has something to do with this calibration and not the knock sensor. I looked at a datalog from the person who I got this basemap from and his pull on the dyno showed the same thing. Knock level and knock count both work, but not his knock threshold. How does one fix that?

Bump, still can't figure it out. It has to be something in the calibration but I am lost on how to correct it.

k24a1, raceheader, cai, 06 type-s midpipe, prc intake manifold. Stock cams and bottom end.

Obviously that knock @ 1800 was real, the knock level was 3.16V and I have since corrected that. The other two knocks were less than 1v, but I went ahead and took two degrees out anyways. But it's hard to know if more is happening since knock level is always above knock threshold since it is locked at 0.00V

This onlly appears to happen on PNF calibrations. Try it with a PRB calibration and it should operate normally. I will have our software person look at this monday.

Okay thanks, I'll give it a try.

im having the same issue, but i dont see how using a prb kal will help, as I have a a1. Do I just copy and paste all the cam angles, fuel maps, and ignition tables onto say a a2 cal?

Sorry to resurect thead but I'm actually having the same problem here. I get 99999s of knocks with a stock K24A1.

How did you fix the problem?
