Kpro Error

Computer reads online, ignition off even if car is on, but doesn't do any dataloging, and when I try to upgrade usb drivers, error message comes, something about security.

Ecu info:

Serial # 00189
Firmware Revision: 1.00
Firmware OK: yes
Ecu Security: Disabled
Ecu Software: 1.2.3.5

Do I need to send it in???

That software is from May of 2008. Download the most recent version of software and see if that helps.
