I plug in my Kpro to a CL7 running on K100 but i cannot even datalog when i upload a new calibration

When i try to datalog it does not work, i have this error code

Access violation at address 00455D089 in module 'KManager.exe'.Read of address 02AB0010.

Am i able to download a map from a K100 ECU that is previously tuned by another tuner?

Can anyone tell me what this means?

They probably have set security. If closing all windows does not allow you to download it, then you will have to clear security and start with a fresh basemap.

So by right if there is no security set, I can download the k100 map with kpro installed on the k100 ecu right?cl7 is running dual adapter hardness, does that mean the stock ecu has security that prevents me from downloading?

My kpro has nothing wrong right?

Yes i have the dual hardness

We never sold the dual adapter harness with a k100.

I'd say that by his statement of having a CL7, he has an accord with someone's custom adapter harness. Either way, that doesn't have anything to do with the ability to download the calibration.
