Hi guys,
i have a problem with my s300. My engine is D16y8 and my ecu P06 with s300 and vtec is already chipped.
If upload the basemap for d16 from the smanager to my ecu, my engine make a problem. When I push the throttle, my engine stutters. And the displays on the smanager don't work.
I hope, someone can help me?
Thanks

oh sorry.
I have a Del sol 96 eh6 my engine is d16y8. My oem ecu is the p28 obd2 so i use obd2 to obd1 harness. The s300 is in a p06 ecu. Now its the same ecu as the p28.
My car is oem now.
The problem is, i can't upload a map on it. The displays (rpm, speed & co.) don't work.
Can you say me why?
Regards

When you plug in the original ECU, are all the plugs together or is there a gap?

There is one gap. Its a black/red wire on connector C. I'm sorry i can't say the number and name of this wire because don't have a connector list from P28 G03 OBD2 ecu.

hi spunkster,
I've looked today the pins in the harness. There are two pins wrong.
Here is my pin table:
OBD1
OBD2A
1. OBD1 A17 is loud my table obd2a pin A26, but it is loud hondata.com pin c9. Should i plug it in C9 instead A26?
2. According hondata.com table is pin OBD1 A10 in OBD2A C21. But in my harness is without this pin. Should I connect these pins?
Thanks

Post a picture of the adapter harness.

If the pins are wrong in the adapter harness, then you should return it and get one that is made correctly.
