Help with injector size

A friend of mine is planning the following setup:

A T3-T4 Turbo, 6 to 10 psi on a D16Y8 (OBD2) engine
A-PEXi VAFC,
250lph/90psi fuel pump
Vortech 12:1 fuel pressure regulator
Missing link MAP sensor

He'd like to know the recommended injector size for his plans? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So with a 12:1 fuel pressure regulator what is the fuel pressure at 10 lbs boost? 155 psi? (base of 35 + 10 * 12) We'd recommend 440cc injectors for that setup using Hondata (without the VAFC and rising rate fuel pressure regulator).
