Is there a possible way to determine the Duty cycle % vs pressure for a Mac solenoid without actually driving the car to get a chart of corresponding pressure against Duty %. For low boost its not a problem but I'm talking over 20psi. Already got a dyno completed up to 20psi but now id like to get more data on pressure vs duty %. On the dyno its not an issue but on the street i just don't feel comfortable at those speeds on public roads.

No there is no other way. You can either do it on the street or on the dyno.
