Spare Key question

Hey guys, any input would be appreciated. I did some searching but got a little confused. I just ordered a reflash for my 06 RSX Type-S and sent one key in. Will my spare key still start the car or will I have to have my spare key reprogrammed? Can I get this done at a local dealership? If not, where?

ALl keys still work, we do not do anythign to the key programming.
