Kpro Base map info needed

first off, im new to this forum, and ECU tuning. well actually, ive never tuned an ECU. i just buy bolt ons like from my last motor (d16y8) and slap them on without tuning. i now have a k20a2 swapped into 2000 civic coupe running for a year and a half now with no problems, other than axles once in a while.
ive been using the JDM ECU for my swap this whole time, and just sent it to Hondata to get it Kpro'd. what i want to know is (and ive searched through atleast 10 pages of info before starting this thread) what kind of map will my car be running on when i recieve the ECU back? would it be reliable for a while?
i would get it tuned, but i asked the closest shop what they would charge, and they said most of their Kpro customers ended up paying $750 total, from $150/hr. and im not trying to spend a crap load of money again just for some tuning.
my mods til i upgrade for better parts:
-bone stock k20a2
-DC swap header
-my old d16y8 CAI cut in half, and fitted to the throttlebody curved toward the ground for cold air
-stock 00 civic EX exhaust.
-stock fuel rail to an AEM fuel pressure regulator ~55psi
-91 octane
i just would like to know how safe it would be to just recieve the ECU back, and straight plug it back in my car and drive like it is. or are there any maps i can use with someone using a cheap setup like i have? forgive my noobness.
Thanks in advance, Joe
