I'm running vs 1.4.0.0
Found an issue with where in extreme heat of intake temperatures at upto 160'F, compensation tables still at base setting (Not touched from base map) that the ignition should be retarding but in reality was still following the high speed tables thus generating det.

Any ideas why the compensation tables shouldn't be retarding the ignition as it is supposed to?

Not a possible conflict with IAT clashing with ECT thus not having any effect overall would it?

Its a Euro Civic Type-R running a PRA ECU.
It is a Rotrex supercharged car with intercooler.
It was a very very hot day with track temperatures over 45'C and quite a few cars had overheating issues.

This is how Honda designed it and is not something we have control over.

So temperature compensation tables don't actually work!?
Have tests ever been carried out to confirm the system works at big temperature swings as this could well cause serious issues.

I have tested a Solaris system on a JDM DC5 an they work fine and throw up an alarm and will put the ECU into limp if maximum levels are reached. I there any way that maximum limits can at least throw up the MIL light to give a warning?
