Spare ECU - PRB-A13 for 05 RSX Type S

Can I purchase a spare used PRB-A13 ECU for a '05 RSX Type S and have it K-series reflashed with existing key and existing immobilizer? Would the stock ECU still work if swapped? Thanks.

No, that will not work. It will be cheaper and easier for you to just have your ECU reflashed and take the bus or a cab for the 2-3 days your car will not be running.
