2 step problems with K-pro

i have been having trouble with my 2 step. It will ingage for 1 or 2 seconds and then disengage. I have a 94 integra with a 02-04 k20a2 swap. but im using the honda civic si tranny with the hybrid racing speed converter chip. my swap includes with hasport mounts, r crew header, hybrid racing conversion harness etc. im using the latest verson of kManager. So far ive tried switching ECU's , changing the Tranny to a RSX base 5 speed. i've changed the VSS. and still the same problem. I also tried different maps, i checked to make sure proper grounds etc. Has anyone else experinced this?
