Car stalls at positive manifold pressure.

Hi when starting my newly finished b16 turbo project. When i rev it up to when the turbo starts creating pressure the engine cuts and the CEL light is blinking. What is this ? I have

I have tested the hondata and everything works with datalogging and uploading maps
