Hondata, fix the problem with the iat compensation, i have another bug.
When i'm at light open throttle (2-3% TPS) the rpm are not linear and i see a little noise in the ign and rpm datalog! This affect my drive not perfect when i'm in the town at light open throttle...
see the datalog..
I think is possible are the RPM sensor with some noise before 2000 rpm??

There are some fairly odd things with the datalog.
- 2% throttle should not maintain 45 mph in 6th gear. The TPS / throttle body
- 106% max throttle is unusually high.
- all sensors show a jitter. Check the engine bay grounds are all present (there are three) and have good electrical contact.

Hondata,
My throttle body was bored out at the max with a CNC machine.
Withthe 2% of TPS normally i can drive at 50 km/h in 6 th gear with the engine at 1500 rpm and i don't have any problem!
With full throttle press my TPS show about 107 % because i have modified the stop end in the throttle body.
I have check all the ground, are they ok. The ground for the ecu is on the valve cover and i have add 3 wire of ground from the battery to gearbox, engine block and generator

Use the TPS section in the Parameters to properly calibrate the TPS sensor first, and then see if your problem persists..

I have try with:
- buy a new ckp sensor
- use my stock tps sensor
- check the wire from the ckp sensor to the ecu
- check the ground
-recalibrate the tps sensor in parameters
but at light throttle the car are jerky..the engine jump and it's not normal...
i post another datalog

This is the kal..
i have a thinks...it's possible this jerky is caused by the TSX 06+ intake cams??
Or is possible the overrun cutoff pressure in advance parameters are wrong for 650 cc ??

Smooth out the step on both the ignition and cam angle tables between 1000 rpm and 1250 rpm. The ignition timing needs to blend from 18 degrees to 36 degrees over 1000 rpm or so, otherwise the car will tend to bunny hop at light throttle. Same for the cam angle.

Hondata, i think the are the solution.
i have modify the kal, can you see if the IGN and VTC table are good from 1000 rpm to 1500??

Hondata, i have tested for all the week end the same kal modified in vtc and ign from 1000 to 1500 rpm and the car run at 90 % ok...
but when i drive at about 70-75 km/h with 6 th gear and the 3-4% of tps, closed loop condition my plx wideband from 14.7 go to lean at 17.0 and the engine loss power. Next i open throttle, power are ok and the problem end..
i don't have datalog of this, tomorrow night datalog it...
I think are not normal, the ecu cut the fuel in closed loop stationary conditions of drive. Or my tps are not perfect signal below 3% and the ecu go in cutoff condition!

I have call my friend and it have the same problem, another friend the same.
I have tested an upload the same kal with the kmanager version 1.3.9 and now they go very fine!
I think it's a bug in he 1.4.0 release
