is the flash pro a vin locked system

i am thinking of getting a few diffrent flashpro systems. i cant seem to find the anwers i am looking for. is the flash pro vin locked or multi ecu flashable? and if so is ther a dealer licence that can be obtine?

Only one vehicle per FlashPro. There are no dealer licenses.

thanks for the help buddy. i hope they plan on making some kind of master tunning kit. would be wiling to pay big bucks for it!
