Hondata think im in 5th when im in 4th

I used to never have this problem, hondata would always know what gear im in. The only thing i changed that could cause this is puttin in my liberty transmission. I input the gear ratios into the table and the FD. When i hit 4th gear it thinks im in 5th, but it blips 4th gear for a split second in the logs. Now i have to load what i want boost wise into the 4th and 5th gear charts to make sure i get the right boost control. Any other things to look at to figure this out?

I've tried all of the ratios that Liberty sells, none read 4th right. Are the b series speed sensors different from each other? ls vs gsr?

To my knowledge there is no difference between the speed sensors.
