is there a way to make the ecu compensate for fuel, besides 14.7

example is the a way to make the ecu compensate 14.7 in low load and then medium 13...... and then wide open switch into open loop or something?

You mean change the target AF based on load? No. It's either closed loop at 14.7 or open loop at whatever you tune for in open loop. You can however lower the WOT pressure and use open loop at medium load or just zero out the short term trim correction percentage and eun open loop all the time.
