ECU Burned up, what now

Hello,
I am a owner and user of Hondata Flashpro. I used it to tune my 2006 Supercharged Honda Civic SI. Tragically, the vehicle caught fire (under the hood) and burned up pretty bad. The fire started due to a faulty battery maintainer. The ECU, along with everything else under the hood was destroyed.
I have purchased a new 2010 Honda Civic SI which I have started to modify. It is my understanding that my FlashPro is linked to the destroyed ECU from my 2006.
I need to know what needs to be done to "unlink" the FlashPro from the old ECU so I can use it to tune my new 2010.
Please advise. If I need to send the unit in to you, please let me know. We have removed to old ECU from the 2006 and if needed, we can send it into you with the FlashPro. Unfortunitely, everyhing on the old ECU is melted so there is no way to connect to it.
I purchased the FlashPro through my race mechanics at Dynospot racing.
Thank you
